We craft this bookmark with a geometric pattern we found on a vintage postcard of a colorful house with a frieze full of details, in the Algarve. Old lace from this façade extends its reading while the olivewood tells the story of the grove, supported by colorful burel wool. And the burel wool, once destined for shepherds’ capes, communicates centuries of spinning and weaving of wool from the Bordaleira sheep of Serra da Estrela.
