Part of the charm and value of our products is in the raw materials that have their own expression and in our handmade finishes which are applied one by one. The result is products that, although reproduced according to a particular design, have unique nuances, so we cannot guarantee that they are exactly the same as the photograph.

We chose these materials because they are natural, they inspired us with their beautiful character, but they require a certain respect for their fragility and the acceptance that they continue to change over time.

For wooden rulers and markers the tone of the wood changes slightly with exposure to sunlight. They can break if they are bent, if they fall to the ground, if they are exposed to the sun for long periods, or if they are transported loosely with other objects.

Regarding the clay art stamp, the glaze and its natural craquelure (small cracks in the glaze) change over time, with variations in humidity. They should be dried immediately after washing. They may break if they fall to the floor.

The rubber of our stamps must be cleaned with products suitable for stamps, or if you are only using water-based inks, you can rinse them with running water and with a soft sponge or toothbrush, and dry immediately, you should never use solvents.

Card-stock and the paper of our cards, notebooks and packaging are sensitive to light, changing the tone slightly. They are not water resistant.

The stamping on the cards is sensitive to and UV light and can fade over time, to better preserve their colors store them in their packaging or protect them in a UV resistant glass frame.

The burel wool is a woven fabric, if it unravels a little you should not pull the thread, but simply trim it close with scissors. To clean both the cork and the burel wool of our bases, you can shake them off or for any stains, even after drying, wipe them gently with a damp cloth. The bases will naturally show wear with ongoing use and cleaning.

Our transparent film packaging is biodegradable, it must be kept away from moisture and prolonged heat. If they get wet, you should dry them immediately.

Within two years from the date of delivery of the good, any lack of conformity of the good with the contract, by law the customer can ask for its repair or replacement or even the appropriate price reduction or termination of the contract. The costs will be borne by the seller. To exercise this right, the customer must report the lack of conformity to the seller within two months of the date on which it was detected.

For warranty purposes, damage or malfunctions attributable to the customer is excluded, namely as a result of improper or negligent use, or failure to comply with the recommendations presented above.
