To make a purchase on our online store, we need to collect, process and store some of your Personal Data, the data typically required to carry out sales, deliveries and customer support, such your name, e-mail, TAX ID number, phone number and delivery and billing addresses.

Your payment details are not processed or saved by us. They are encrypted during the entire transaction and sent to outside parties STRIPE for credit card payments and IFTHENPAY for multibanco and mbway payments.

We collect, process and store any personal information collected to process an order or to create an account in accordance with current Portuguese law. We only share your personal data with the respective delivery service in charge of your delivery, and we never share it with other entities.

In the case that you choose to subscribe to our marketing emails, which we plan to send a maximum of one per month, your personal data is saved and managed by us. At any moment, you may remove your name and all of your data from this list by clicking on the “unsubscribe” or “remover” link at the bottom of all of our marketing emails or my emailing us directly at online@poetaazul.pt with your request.

Our website may contain links to third party websites (linked sites), such as our social media pages. We are not responsible for the privacy policies of the respective linked sites. When you are on our website you will always see the name Oficina Poeta Azul in the page header.

We reserve the right to change or update any content on our site, including this Privacy Policy, at any time, but never in a way that will compromise the security of your personal data. Any changes or updates will take effect immediately upon publication.

If you have any questions, or if you do not agree with the terms in which your Personal Data is being processed, you can exercise your rights by communication directly with the person responsible for your Privacy Data at Oficina Poeta Azul, Sofia Correia, or you can also register a complaint to the National Control Authority, CNPD.

Sofia Correia is the sole person responsible for the processing of Personal Data and is the owner of the store and the owner of the Oficina Poeta Azul brand.
