We chose these Portuguese expressions and proverbs so that you can send messages to a friend, stamp playfully or carefully explore the meaning of the words in patterns.

Maré Baixa / Low Tide

Maré Alta and Maré Baixa are two independent popular expressions with opposite meanings, but one cannot exist without the other. Here they go together as a pair, like breathing.

The lettering is inspired by the cover of a grade school manual from the 1940’s.
